Supply Chain Assistant

At Salvia BioElectronics BV in Eindhoven, we are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant (32–40 hours per week) to strengthen our team. In this role, you will support and manage material flows, from consumables and components to subassemblies and finished goods. Your work ensures that our production and development teams always have the right materials available — at the right time, with the right documentation.
You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team at the heart of a growing scale-up. With your structured mindset, organizational talent, and discipline, you will play an essential role in our operations and help us scale up to serve more patients worldwide.
- Order and monitor delivery of parts, components, materials, and consumables.
- Receive incoming goods, check for completeness and correctness (including documentation), and release them for production.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize storage.
- Pack and ship products to customers and suppliers, ensuring on-time and correct delivery.
- Plan shipments and monitor progress to guarantee timely arrival.
- Organize calibration activities for production and test equipment (including requests, shipments, receiving, and administration).
- Support the supply chain team with accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
- Vocational college education (MBO) with several years of experience in a warehouse, production, or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (ordering, receiving, inventory management, shipments).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office; experience with SCM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English; Dutch is preferred.
- Structured, accurate, and disciplined working attitude.
- Flexible and supportive mindset, while adhering to processes and compliance requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

You will be the first point of contact for equipment-related issues and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing line running reliably.
